On the ground floor we have a large exercise room with lockers, and a spacious apartment, warm and with plenty of light, with a raised floor to keep it well insulated from the ground.
The ground floor apartment, Melograno, is weelchair accessible and has a large porch.
It can be used either as a large apartment with 4 rooms, or divided in two smaller apartments indipendent from each other.
It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with sofa beds, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms, one of wich is weelchair accessible.
On the first floor we have two apartments, Quercia and Leccio.
They are comfortable and full of light, and each of them has a large private terrace.
Each apartment has independent central heating, a large entrance hall, a bedroom, a living-room with fireplace and sofa beds and a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Having both accommodation and a large exercise room with lockers, the property is very suitable for seminars.

We can provide catering if needed for large groups, or we can provide a cook.
The building is antiseismic.
